3. How we currently use cookies

   Our website uses Google Tag Manager (container ID GTM-KQ566DW4) to manage analytics tags, and embeds at least one YouTube video, which sets its own cookies when played. When you first visit our website, a cookie notice tells you that cricketts.co.uk uses cookies and that by continuing to browse the site, you consent to cookies being set. The notice does not currently offer a way to accept or reject specific categories of cookies before they are set.

4. Types of cookies we use

   • Strictly necessary cookies: required for the website and our Customer Lounge portal to work (e.g. keeping you logged in, remembering your cookie preferences, security). These cannot be switched off.
   • Analytics/performance cookies: help us understand how visitors use our website (e.g. Google Analytics, deployed via Google Tag Manager), so we can improve it.    Our website links to Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket, Facebook, Instagram and other third-party sites. These are outbound links, not embedded widgets, so we do not set cookies for them ourselves — but once you click through, that site's own cookie and privacy policy will apply.

   We may update this policy as our website and the cookies we use change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. We encourage you to review it periodically.
